Lindiwe Stacey

Lindiwe Stacey’s qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Organizational Development from UNISA, a BA in Industrial Psychology and Communications from UNISA. She has successfully completed studies in Advanced Management Programme (MAP) and Leadership Development Programme (LDP) from Wits Business School as well as an Executive Leadership Development Programme (ELDP) from the University of Stellenbosch Business School.   

Lindiwe is an accredited Mediator on Dispute Resolution. She is a qualified Diversity & Inclusion facilitator and has extensive experience in Employment Equity, Transformation Strategy Development, and Implementation. Lindiwe has mediated on issues of workplace and domestic resolution and has facilitated Diversity & Inclusion training and workshops for several years. As a professional coach, Lindiwe has successfully coached Directors and managers in the corporate sector. She has extensive experience in rolling out OD interventions such as culture change, process interventions, team interventions, and talent management.

Lindiwe has been trained to train managers and supervisors on disciplinary action processes successfully. She has developed training and facilitated training for Employment Equity Forums in big corporates such as Standard Bank, Deloitte, SanParks, and Wits University. She has the ability to create innovative Culture Change models for companies that are going through change. She is also a public speaker and has been invited to chair and facilitate Conferences on several occasions. 

Lindiwe has trained Managers on the Management Development Program at Deloitte. The training was to capacitate managers to be effective and efficient. She was trained as an advanced facilitator and facilitated learning on capacitating Managers with coaching skills. She has been a trainer for more than 20 years in the Corporate sector facilitating various learning modules such as Diversity & Inclusion, the Connection workshops, Orientation program, Employment Equity, and others.

Lindiwe is very passionate about Social Justice and the well-being of organisations and people.
