I believe very strongly in the advantages of pursuing mediation in medical negligence matters. I have trained and have experience with the medical negligence and medico-legal context. All parties stand to benefit more from mediated settlements than with matters that go to trial in many ways and I am in a position to assist parties in achieving satisfactory outcomes.
MEDIATION PRACTICE AREAS: employment, workplace and family mediation. Attended training in Mediation Skills for Medical Negligence and Personal Injury Claims in 2017.
